The Whelen Ambulance Flasher Series is designed specifically for ambulance warning-light systems, providing dependable flash control for LED, Super-LED®, and applicable halogen warning lights. These modules are built for EMS applications where coordinated warning-light operation and compliance with ambulance standards are important.
The series includes 5-output and 16-output configurations, allowing the flasher to be matched to different ambulance lighting packages. All current models provide four selectable Scan-Lock™ flash patterns, giving installers the ability to configure the warning sequence for the vehicle and operational requirements.
A built-in Low Power mode reduces electrical demand while maintaining effective warning performance. Thermal and short-circuit protection help protect the electronics during demanding operation, while solid-state construction improves reliability and minimizes maintenance.
Whelen Ambulance Flashers are intended for interior installation and operate on 12 VDC electrical systems. Depending on the model, they support LED, Super-LED, or halogen/LED warning equipment and are certified for KKK-F Mode 1 and Mode 2 ambulance operation.
