Whelen Beta™ Series Siren

The Beta Series can operate one or two 100-watt siren speakers and provides 16 selectable siren tones, including Wail, Yelp, Piercer™, High-Low, B-Wail, B-Yelp, B-Hi/Low, and Air Horn. Siren functions can be activated through the horn ring, auxiliary switches, or dedicated Beta control heads depending on the installation.

Both dash-mounted and surface-mounted operator interfaces are available. The BETA1 control head is designed for dash mounting and includes a microphone with a 15-foot interconnect harness, while the BETA2 is a surface-mounted control head with a microphone and 20-foot cable. The BETA112R amplifier can also be used with customer-supplied switches for more customized vehicle layouts.

Pre-wired quick-disconnect connections help simplify installation, servicing, and replacement. With 12/24 VDC operation, public-address override, configurable tone behavior, and compact amplifier dimensions, the Beta Series provides a straightforward siren solution for fleets that want reliable audible warning at a more economical system level.
