The Whelen Inner Edge® RST™ is a vehicle-specific interior warning system engineered for rear-window applications on law-enforcement and public-safety vehicles. Designed to mount near the rear headliner, the RST provides strong rear-facing warning visibility while maintaining a clean, low-profile installation that minimizes obstruction of the rear window and helps reduce flashback into the passenger compartment. This makes it especially well suited for marked and unmarked SUVs, pickups, patrol vehicles, and specialty units.
The Inner Edge RST is available with SOLO™, DUO™, and TRIO™ Super-LED® lightheads in 8-, 10-, and 12-lamp configurations depending on vehicle fitment. Whelen’s Proclera® Optic Technology uses silicone optics to focus and amplify LED output, while BroadBand Blue™ technology provides enhanced intensity and a larger optical image in compatible blue configurations.
Available WeCanX® and Low Current control configurations provide flexibility for different vehicle electrical and control-system requirements. Compatible models allow individual control of warning colors, while 70 Scan-Lock™ flash patterns provide extensive programming options for different operating environments and agency preferences.
