The Whelen Mini Freedom® V delivers much of the advanced warning performance of the full-size Freedom V in a compact, space-saving 23-inch lightbar. Designed for work trucks, utility vehicles, law enforcement, municipal fleets, command vehicles, and other applications where roof space is limited, it combines high-intensity output with Whelen’s FocusBeam™ optical technology for strong visibility at distance and in challenging weather or bright daylight conditions.
Universal lightheads allow the Mini Freedom V to support SOLO™, DUO™, and TRIO™ configurations within the same lightbar, giving fleets flexibility to tailor warning colors and achieve optimized 360-degree coverage. Because each lighthead is multi-purpose, the system can also handle functions traditionally requiring dedicated take-down or alley lights.
The Mini Freedom V uses WeCanX® CAN-based control and integrates with Whelen Core® systems for advanced programming and vehicle control. Dynamic Variable Intensity™ technology can automatically adjust light output for improved nighttime safety, while Adaptive Illumination can redirect high-intensity output as needed. Flash patterns can also be configured through Whelen Command®.
