The Whelen Tracer™ WeCanX® is a low-profile, highly configurable light array designed to increase side, perimeter, and undercarriage visibility on police, fire, commercial, utility, and specialty fleet vehicles. Its flexible design allows Tracer modules to follow the contours of the vehicle and mount along running boards, side steps, beneath lightbars, or in other strategic locations where additional warning visibility is needed.
Tracer uses Whelen Super-LED® technology with upgraded optics and a segmented module design. Each module contains four individually controlled segments, allowing smooth and highly customizable warning displays. SOLO™, DUO™, and TRIO™ configurations are available, providing single-, dual-, and three-color capabilities depending on the selected lighthead.
The system operates using WeCanX® control technology and can be programmed through Whelen Command®. Available functionality includes Dynamic Variable Intensity™ for improved nighttime visibility, Vehicle-to-Vehicle Sync for coordinated emergency-scene warning, Traffic Advisor™ directional patterns, steady-burn operation, and adjustable cruise-light intensity.
