D&R PDU-31SS Power Distribution Unit

$0.00

The PDU-31SS Power Distribution Unit provides centralized power distribution, battery-voltage monitoring, and programmable load management for emergency, public safety, fleet, and specialty vehicle electrical systems.

Designed to support up to 31 accessory outputs, the PDU-31SS creates a single, organized point for distributing power while providing a direct and easily traceable connection back to the vehicle’s primary power source. This approach helps simplify accessory wiring and reduces unnecessary interaction with factory vehicle wiring.

Connected accessories can be organized into three power groups: battery, Group 1, and Group 2. Group 1 and Group 2 can be monitored independently and programmed with separate minimum-voltage thresholds. If battery voltage drops below the programmed threshold for one group, that group can shut down while the remaining group continues operating and monitoring voltage.

This staged load-management capability helps preserve available battery energy for critical equipment and vehicle restarting. Programmable timed shutdown, low-battery protection, and zero-current sleep mode provide additional control over electrical loads when the vehicle is parked or unattended.

The integrated LED display provides incoming battery-voltage information and identifies faulty fuses or electrical connections to help simplify system troubleshooting. The PDU-31SS features solid-state, all-metal construction with a protective Plexiglas cover to help reduce exposure to dust and debris.
