D&R PDU42WB Power Distribution Unit
The PDU42WB Power Distribution Unit provides a centralized location for organizing and distributing vehicle electrical power for emergency, public safety, commercial, fleet, and specialty vehicle applications.
Designed to simplify accessory wiring, the PDU42WB brings direct battery power, ignition-controlled power, timed power, and ground connections together in one organized location. This centralized design provides an easily traceable path back to the vehicle’s primary electrical source while helping reduce unnecessary interaction with the factory wiring harness.
The unit includes programmable low-battery voltage shutdown, programmable timed shutdown, and a built-in battery-discharge protection function to help manage electrical loads when the vehicle is parked or unattended. Zero-current consumption in sleep mode further helps reduce unnecessary battery drain.
Visual circuit-condition indication assists with troubleshooting and system checks, while the organized terminal layout makes accessory installation, servicing, and future electrical additions easier to manage.
